Interlaken/Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch - Zermatt - Gornergrat

Day 01 : Interlaken / Grindelwald
Arrival in Interlaken or Grindelwald by train in 2nd class from the Swiss border or any Swiss airport. Overnight stay in Interlaken or Grindelwald.

Day 02 : Interlaken / Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch
Excursion from Interlaken up to Jungfraujoch- Top of Europe. The Jungfrau Railway takes you to the Jungfraujoch - at 3454 m/ 11333 ft the highest railway station in Europe. Breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight stay in Interlaken or Grindelwald.

Day 03 : Zermatt
Travel through the wonderful Bernese Oberland and the Lotschberg to Brig by BLS trains and further to Zermatt. Zermatt, at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn, is a world without cars. Electric-cars and horse-drawn sleighs and carriages are the only transport allowed. It's the perfect Alpineresort for rest and relaxation. Overnight stay in Zermatt.

Day 04 : Zermatt
Today you go on an excursion by cogwheel-railways up to the Gornergrat where you will have a superb panoramic view of the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and other snow-capped peaks rising to above 4000 m/ 13000 ft. Overnight stay in Zermatt.

Day 05 : End of tour
Return to Swiss border or airport or continue your stay in Switzerlandat your request.

Day 01 :
Arrival in Interlaken, Grindelwald or Wengen by train 2nd class from the Swiss border or any Swiss airport. It is your choice between Interlaken, Grindelwald or Wengen upon your booking.Overnight in Interlaken, Grindelwald or Wengen.

Day 02 :
Excursion from Grindelwald or Wengen up to the Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. The train takes you up to Kleine Scheidegg, at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall. Further by Jungfrau Railway to the Jungfraujoch - at 3454 m/11'333 ft the highest railway station in Europe. Breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight in Interlaken, Grindelwald or Wengen.

Day 03 :
Travel through the wonderful Bernese Oberland and the Lötschberg to Brig and further through the Centovalli in Italy to Lugano or Locarno or you can travel from Grindelwald/Wengen via Lucerne through the Gotthard region to Lugano or Locarno. Again it is your choice upon booking if you would like to stay in either Lugano or Locarno. Overnight in Lugano or Locarno.

Day 04 :
Day at leisure. Several attractive excursion opportunities are waiting for you. Your "Specials of Switzerland" ticket entitles you to 50% off rail travel. Overnight in Lugano or Locarno.

Day 05 :
Return to Swiss border or airport or continue your stay in Switzerland at your own request.
